The leased vehicle is insured by a contract that includes the following coverage:   

Compulsory Civil Liability   

Voluntary Civil Liability 

Criminal defense and claim for damages   

Personal accidents 

Own damages Without franchise (See Groups with franchise) that appears in the particular conditions. 

In case of negligence, the costs of the repair will be borne by the lessee in full. The comprehensive insurance does not include blows to rims or hubcaps, tires, blows to the bottom, roofs or any element of the interior or its accessories.

Payment must be made by credit card, debit card or cash. The deposit must be in credit card. 

All payments and deposits will be made when making the vehicle rental contract, on the same day of collection, except if it is a deferred contract*. To make payments by card, only Visa, Master Card and American Express will be accepted… The deposit is different depending on the group of vehicles and is blocked during the rental period, when the vehicle is returned in the same conditions as on delivery, it unlocks automatically.

The vehicle is delivered with fuel, and the fuel consumed by the vehicle during the rental period is at the customer’s expense. In case of not returning the same level, Rent a car Las Rosas will charge the amount of fuel according to the prices indicated in the contract. The type of fuel is indicated in the contract, Gasoline or Diesel, and vehicles are not assigned according to fuel.

The Vehicle is for exclusive use on the island of Tenerife. It is expressly prohibited to take it out of the Island. 

Delivery and return of the vehicle2022-06-23T08:38:00+00:00

Both the delivery and the return will be made in our office in Puerto Santiago. All vehicles are previously reviewed as well as delivered in good working order, cleanliness and accessories. In the event that a pick-up and delivery service is stipulated at a meeting point, it will have to be notified in advance and will have an additional cost. The vehicle must return on the date and at the place stipulated in the rental agreement. The return will be made at Rent a car Las Rosas on the dates indicated in the contract, in the same condition as on delivery. If the return is made outside office hours, the keys will be delivered to the Rent a car Las Rosas mailbox next to the door, and the vehicle will be properly parked in the nearby area. There is a courtesy period of 1 hour, after that hour a charge equivalent to a supplement will be made, according to the rate. If the rental has to be extended beyond the agreed days, it is essential that the client contact our team to extend the estimated days. In the event of damage to the vehicle, as well as to its accessories and complements and/or theft thereof, the corresponding charge will be made to the customer, subject to further expertise in a corresponding approved workshop.

To rent a vehicle in our offices, it is necessary to be at least 21 years old and have one year of experience with a driving license, and a maximum of 75 years. During the execution of the contract, the following documentation will have to be presented in order to formalize it.
